Refund policy

Great care is taken when packing to ensure your items are as safe as possible during shipping. We carefully check each item before we ship it out to you, but in the occasion an item is damaged during delivery please contact us through email at thearchercollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your purchase. Damaged item will need to be returned for a store credit.

Please bare in mind that majority of crystals will have some natural chips or lines in them ie. indentations, holes & inclusions which are completely natural. We want to reassure you that we would never sell an item that was heavily damaged or noticeably faulty unless clearly stated in product information at a discounted price. All of our crystals are photographed in natural indirect or direct sunlight, we do not use artificial lighting in any of our photos. Please bare in mind colour/resolution may vary from monitor screen.
